Meet James Carson, a private chef and caterer based in Culver City. Originally from Philly, but has worked in Martha's Vineyard, New Zealand, Australia and New York City. When I used to work at Caffe Luxxe, James would come in every week to grab a cappuccino after shopping at the Santa Monica Farmer's market. Our shared love for good food and coffee fostered a great friendship. I had the pleasure of photographing James in action at his home in Culver City. James made a venison chop with chimichurri. Absolutely delicious!
